How to prepare for workout (Vacutherm)?

Wear comfortable sports clothing, preferably tight-fitting to allow for ease of movement and avoid any discomfort.
Bring a pair of sports shoes to change into, ensuring proper support during your workout.
Keep a bottle of water (approx. 0.5 liters) handy to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Have a towel within reach to wipe off sweat and maintain comfort.
Make sure to prioritize your well-being by being in a positive mindset and listening to your body, ensuring you’re physically and mentally ready for the workout.

What are your operating hours?

AJ Body Space is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 1pm, and then again from 3pm to 9pm. We are closed on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Is there a space to change clothes?

Yes, we have a changing room equipped with hangers and lockers for your convenience.

Can I have EMS treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, our treatments are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

What should I do if I experience skin irritation before the treatment?

If the skin is irritated or broken, we cannot proceed with the treatment. Wait until the skin has completely healed before your session.

What should I do to maximize my BODYSCULPT treatment results?

It is recommended to:

  • Maintain physical activity and follow a low-fat diet
  • Drink at least 2.5 liters of water per day.
  • Avoid eating at least one hour before and after the treatment.
What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay while booking on Booksy, or we accept cash and card payments at the time of your appointment.

Are there any health conditions that prevent me from using your services?

Yes, certain health conditions may prevent you from using our services. These include pregnancy, extreme blood pressure (low or high), heart disease (such as coronary artery disease or atherosclerosis), venous inflammation (like varicose veins or thrombosis), asthma, epilepsy, pacemakers, knee or hip prostheses, disc disease, hernias, unhealed surgical scars, tumors, individual contraindications to exercise, and recent tanning. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before engaging in any activity if you have any of these conditions.

How can I book a session?

We use Booksy for all bookings. You can either scan the QR code available on our website or simply press Book Now to schedule your session easily.

How should I prepare for an EMS treatment?

Drink at least 2 litres of water before and after the treatment to help eliminate broken-down fat and reduce muscle cramping. Try to avoid intense exercise for 24 hours before the session.

Can I combine EMS treatment with other skin treatments or sun exposure?

Please avoid any laser hair removal, laser treatment, or excessive sun exposure on the same area for at least 2 weeks before treatment. Additionally, avoid waxing the treated areas for 3-5 days after treatment.

How often should I receive BODYSCULPT treatments?

The recommended frequency is 2-3 treatments per week, with a total of 4-12 treatments per series depending on your individual needs and the desired results.

Who is BODYSCULPT TECHNOLOGY suitable for?

  • Menstruation on the day of the treatment (due to the risk of bleeding).
  • Heart diseases or cardiovascular issues, including pacemakers or implanted devices.
  • History of brain damage or stroke.
  • Blood vessel diseases, such as thrombosis.
  • Autoimmune diseases, like multiple sclerosis or lupus.
  • Pulmonary failure or other respiratory conditions.
  • Active inflammation or infections (e.g., fever, skin infections).
